Areas of Service:

Scheduling and calendar management.

Travel Coordination: Research travel options; venue registering; itineraries.

Record and organize executive's business expenses for reimbursement or tax purposes.

Lead initiatives on building and enhancing workplace culture, including organizing periodic activities (virtual and in-person).

Help organize staff enrichment and other special events, including team lunches. Project - related event planning.

Manage the organization and maintenance of the company’s files and records systems.

Maintain documentation of office equipment and property (mainly laptops). Handle staff equipment requests as needed.

Maintain and organize company’s passwords / subscriptions.

Maintain information on other systems (bill pay, etc).

Compliance: update business licenses and reports as needed.

Maintain updated W9, and send to client when requested.

Gather information on all subscriptions (website hosting, software, google workplace, etc.).

Review with management and decide to renew or cancel.
