Lauren McNamara, Founder & Managing Director
Lauren McNamara brings more than a decade of experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, and office management within the hedge fund industry. Prior to founding Le Bon Temps, she managed complex operational workflows and financial administration for fast-paced investment firms, developing the detail-oriented and highly personalized approach that defines the company today.
Originally from Southern California, Lauren earned her degree from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, D.C.
Lauren founded Le Bon Temps to provide entrepreneurs, executives, and growing businesses with thoughtful, high-touch financial and operational support tailored to their unique needs. Her approach combines institutional-level professionalism with a concierge-style client experience grounded in responsiveness, organization, and trust.
She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a certified QuickBooks Accountant.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hiking, running, travel, sculpture parks, and spending time with her husband, a Battalion Chief with the FDNY, and their three daughters.
Lara Urfer, Managing Director (Operations & Strategy)
Lara Urfer brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in operational strategy, systems implementation, and workflow design across startups and global financial institutions.
Originally from Southwest Florida, Lara studied Art History, Italian, and Photography at the University of Florida. Her expertise includes AI modeling, CRM development and implementation and change management.
At Le Bon Temps, Lara focuses on building thoughtful, efficient systems that help clients streamline operations, improve organization, and scale with confidence.
Danielle White, HR Specialist
Danielle White brings more than a decade of HR experience supporting businesses across a variety of industries nationwide. She specializes in HR consulting, employee relations, and multi-state compliance, helping organizations navigate growth with confidence and efficiency.
Danielle holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Southern State University and a Master’s in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
She is a member of SHRM and Charlotte Area SHRM.
Breanne Walker, Senior Analyst
Breanne Walker specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and day-to-day financial operations for small businesses. With a background in sales, marketing, and accounting, she helps clients stay organized, efficient, and financially informed.
Originally from Southern California, Breanne earned her degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Utah and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Lisa Beidelman, Financial Management Specialist
Lisa Beidelman brings an entrepreneurial background and extensive experience in business operations and financial management. After owning and operating a successful spa business for over two decades, she transitioned into financial management for individuals and small businesses.
Her hands-on business experience gives her a practical, client-focused approach to bookkeeping and day-to-day financial operations.

Debbie Kerwin brings decades of experience in administration, education, and bookkeeping, providing thoughtful and detail-oriented support to clients and teams alike.
Originally from Denver and now based in Southern California, Debbie enjoys knitting, long walks, and visiting her children and grandchildren in New York.
Linda Kirkpatrick, Senior Bookkeeper
Originally from Texas, Linda received her degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and coincided college studies with being a craps/dice dealer in casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. Eventually starting her entrepreneur voyage, she began a sub-contracting business and grew that business to 60+ employees. Linda purchased a bakery and found herself in Southern California, which is where she considers her true home.
Currently living in Arizona with her family, Linda competes nationally in pickleball tournaments and is a certified instructor.
